The Trident is named for our three founding kitchens — the wood-fire grill, the pasta room, and the spice line. Every plate is built by hand, every evening, from produce sourced within the county. Sit a while. Stay late.

Beautifully grilled ribeye with chunky chips, grilled tomato and portobello mushroom.
Delicately pan fried salmon with roasted potatoes and tender green beans.
Skewered lamb or chicken, grilled to a tender finish, served with rice or chips.
